High School Video Contest

2019 Contest Now Open!

High School students demonstrate their creativity while sharing important messages on water quality and conservation through the High School Video Contest.

Ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade students that attend schools in Bartow, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale counties are invited to participate in the 2018 High School Video Contest. Students should create 30-60 second video PSA focused on the theme, “How Do You Value Water?” which asks students to imagine a day without water, and explores the true value of our water resources and why it is critical to support investment in water infrastructure.

All video entries will be due Friday, April 12, 2019.

New This Year!! A Spanish-language PSA

This year we are proud to offer the opportunity for students to create a Spanish-language PSA for our contest. This is the first year in our contest’s history to offer a winner for both English and Spanish-language videos and we are excited to see your entries. Spanish is the second-most commonly spoken language in the 15-county region, and we are hopeful that our PSA messaging through this contest will reach more residents than ever before!
